Residents bring out bulky items during the day and we collect the container in the evening. If needed our crew stays on site to lift heavier items and make sure no hazardous waste ends up in the container.

Association basements fill up with ownerless belongings over the years. We clear common rooms, escape routes and storage units and leave the spaces swept — which also matters for fire safety compliance.
Container rental at the building
We rent containers from 6 to 30 m³ and choose the size by the number of flats: a smaller building manages with 10 m³, while a larger block's collection day is better served by 15–20 m³. We place the container so it blocks neither parking nor emergency access.

Yes, by bank transfer. For larger jobs we send a written quote to the board beforehand.

A building with up to 20 flats usually manages with 10–15 m³; for larger buildings we recommend 20 m³ or two swaps.
Do you also clear escape routes and basement corridors?
Yes. This is a common job before a fire safety inspection.
