Flat clearance

A flat has to be handed over empty — after a move, a sale or an inheritance. We do the whole job: carry, haul and leave the flat clean.

  • Whole contents in one project
  • Rooms left swept
  • Fixed price

In short: Flat clearance means removing the entire contents of a flat — furniture, appliances and belongings — and leaving the rooms empty and swept.

How a clearance works

  • 1. We view the flat or you send photos of each room.
  • 2. We give a fixed price and agree a date.
  • 3. The crew arrives, carries everything out and loads it.
  • 4. The waste goes to a licensed handler and the flat is left swept.

Typical situations

  • Handing over a rented flat between tenants.
  • Preparing a property for sale or viewings.
  • Clearing an inherited home.
  • A move where most of the old furniture stays behind.

What comes with the clearance

We can set aside items you want to keep, hand over usable furniture for reuse and sweep the rooms after loading. Documents and personal belongings are always left for the client to sort first.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much does flat clearance cost?

It depends on the size of the flat, the amount of belongings and the floor. A fixed price is given after photos or a viewing.

Do I need to be present?

At least at the start and the end. Key handover can also be arranged with a manager or neighbour.

Do you also clean the flat?

We sweep the rooms after loading. A deeper clean can be agreed separately.

How long does it take?

A one-bedroom flat is usually cleared in a few hours; a large flat in one working day.
