What data we collect
- Name, phone number and email address.
- Service address and a description of the order.
- Photos of the waste or premises that you add voluntarily.
- Technical information about site usage collected through cookies.
Why we use the data
The data is used solely to answer your enquiry, prepare an offer, deliver the waste removal service and issue an invoice. We do not use it for automated profiling.
Legal basis
Processing is based on preparing and performing a contract and on accounting-related legal obligations. Marketing messages are sent only with separate consent.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to 12 months. Data related to completed orders is kept for seven years as required by accounting law.
Sharing data
We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. Where necessary, we pass the minimum required information to a partner involved in delivering the service, such as a waste treatment facility.
Your rights
- Find out what data we process about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion where there is no legal basis to keep it.
- Withdraw consent you have given.
- Contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
Security
Access to data is limited to the staff who need it to complete your order, and the data is stored in a secure environment.
